How do I know if social media management is for me?
As a new or established business you may find it hard to keep up with every aspect of how you reach and interact with clients. Having Lacuna Lane manage your social accounts will take this off your plate.

How does payment work?
I bill on a monthly cycle. Payment will be collected through check or online through Square.
Do I need to have my business on Facebook and Instagram?
While this is not a necessity, I often recommend having both platforms as a way of “backing up” your information. If one platform gets hacked or you lose content, it is great to be able to still communicate through the other.
What if I don’t have time to keep up with my social accounts after you post?
No worries! Depending on what package you pick, I spend a certain amount of time after each post to interact with your audience.
Do you provide other services such as Pinterest management, blogging, email marketing, or web design?
Absolutely! Please reach out to me if you are in need of help in any of these categories. I specialize in social media management but am extremely happy to provide these additional services to you.
